Take a break from studying to get your creative juices flowing! On Friday, October 16th 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., join Archives and Special Collections and the Writing Center on the second floor of the library for an adventure in creative writing and zine art. We will have photographs from the Archives and Special Collections to inspire you, prompts from the Writing Center to get you writing, and zine making materials for visual artists.

This would be a great brainstorming session for submissions to the Inspired by Archives Writing Contest which is accepting submissions October 1st through October 30th. Contest leaders will be present at this event to answer your questions.

This event is supported by a Research Catalyst Grant from the College of Letters and Science at Montana State University.

The Inspired by Archives Writing Contest is made possible through funding by the Friends of MSU Library.
