Academic Writer Faculty Training

Academic Writer Faculty Training

What is Academic Writer?

Academic Writer (formerly known as APA Style Central), is a resource that MSU Library subscribes to that combines learning and teaching tools, advanced writing and content management technology, and full integration of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association to create a web-based suite of integrated services and tools.

What will be covered in the workshop?

Dawn Harper, who represents Academic Writer, will be leading the workshops and will provide an overview of Academic Writer from an instructional perspective. There will be a focus on how to use Academic Writer in the classroom to assist students with learning more about academic writing, research, and APA Style through the use of the Learning Center, Reference Center, and Writing Center.

Refreshments will also be provided.

Registration is encouraged but not required. For additional information and to register visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/montana-state-university-academic-writer-faculty-training-tickets-67574951499
