Data Wrangling in R: Library Heathcote classroom with an online option

In this workshop, you will learn how to manipulate data in R using the dplyr and tidyr packages. Using dplyr, you will master the verbs of data manipulation to select, filter, mutate, arrange, and summarise your data, as well as, how to chain these operations together using the pipe operator. You will learn concepts of wide and long data formats, for which purposes each of these formats are useful, and how to reshape data frames from long to wide and back. These concepts will be presented in an interactive format, integrating computational practice throughout the workshop. The workshop will be held in the Library's Heathcote Classroom (on the lower level), with an online attendance option available. Please indicate whether you will attend in person or online.
