About Reserving the MSU Library's Instructional Spaces
- The MSU Library has two instructional spaces available: the Heathcote Classroom and the Virtual Discovery Space. Details for each space can be found by clicking on the blue Info button next to the name of the space in the grid below.
- Users with a NetID and password may make a reservation for instructional purposes. Others please inquire at the Library Service Desk for options.
How to Reserve an Instructional Space in the MSU Library:
Click on the green timeslot(s) for the space you want to reserve using the grid below and follow the automated prompts.
- Same day reservations for the instructional spaces are not available due to the need for enough time for each request to be individually reviewed (and approved/denied).
- Once a reservation request is made, it will be reviewed to verify it meets use guidelines before being approved or denied. You can expect a response to your request within two business days.
