Victoria Lyons Talk: Alma Smith Jacobs and Lucille Smith Thompson, Groundbreaking Montana Librarians: Women in Montana Wikipedia Edit-a-thon

Victoria Lyons has always loved history. She received master’s degrees in both History and Museum Science as well as a J.D. She has lived in Bozeman for eight years and for the last two has been volunteering her time and expertise to The Extreme History Project. She serves on their board and recently co-curated the exhibit “Illuminating the Shadowed World of Bozeman’s Historic Red-Light District.” Staying true to our mission to tell the stories of marginalized populations she will be presenting on Alma Smith Jacobs, Lucille Smith Thompson, and their involvement in the Montana Federation of Colored Women’s Club.
